it's pretty simple

great force
This product has some great force! It really gives you the will to keep working harder, and the results are all pretty amazing! I get good recovery, and my muscles just don't hurt the way that they used to.

It seemed to have a good enough effect for me as it turned out. It definitely boosted my sex drive, it helped to increase my muscle growth and strength quite substantially. I have had better sleep since I started taking it. I have had some pretty strange dreams though.
a new staple in my stack
I just finished my first bottle of this stuff, and it's definitely a new staple for me. It has helped me to build more muscle and I have way more energy. I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep before, and this has helped me without me taking any harsh prescription sleep aids. Sleep is obviously important, and it has made a way bigger impact on my workouts than I ever thought it would.
took for a week now
I've now taken this for a full week, and I can say that it is amazing! Ever since I started using it, I feel amazing and I definitely look better. I look more rested and alert, I have more muscle, my workouts are better and making a bigger difference. All in all, I can definitely tell that it is working.

This one really gave me a certain will to work. I felt like I could get up better in the morning, I had more energy, and I feel better as a whole than I have in a while. It's definitely good recovery, and I love it!
XPI is a top notch company
I know, not as many people have heard of XPI as maybe Optimum or something, but XPI is way better. Every one of their products that I've ever used have been top quality and I expected no less from XPI Xtreme ZMA. I haven't had any side effects or problems, and I have definitely gotten the better sleep, less sore muscles, and more muscle mass in general that I was hoping for when I bought it.
inexpensive and good workout supplement
I can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars buying all of the latest supplements. One of the biggest things that drew me to this was the cheap price, I mean $12! It seemed simple enough and unlikely to cause problems, all the ingredients are vitamins. But ever since I've taken it, my legs are less sore after running, even the next day, and I feel so energetic!

This is the best supplement I've ever taken! I fall asleep within 15 minutes of taking it, I don't wake up during the night, and I definitely get into the deeper stages. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go, and my workouts are like a whole new person. I power through weight lifting, running, everything!
sleep and workouts definitely improved
I've never actually tried a ZMA product before, simply because it's vitamins, why would I want to spend that much on 3 vitamins? Since I started taking it, i get to sleep faster, which is great, and I wake up earlier, which is weird, because I love sleeping in! I definitely feel more capable when I'm working out, and it's definitely worth every penny I paid!
definitely impressed with XPI supplements
I have yet to see a noticeable difference between ZMA products other than the price. It's all 3 ingredients in the exact same amounts. But I know XPI supplements to typically use higher quality approaches, and I have been able to rely on their products before. So even with something as simple as this, I think it's worth going with the better company.

ZMA is on my list
This is one that is on my monthly order. I haven't tried it by itself but when combined with other XPI products I've noticed huge differences in my intensity level and stamina.
