I love this stuff! It leaves me incredibly well rested and really makes my muscles less sore. I'm now running every day instead of every other day, and I'm seeing the results of that. I've seen the studies on all three of these ingredients, which is always amazing. But the point is, I'm seeing results when I buy this stuff.

If you lift, this is absolutely essential. This is a good product that has the right ingredients, and it has the right amounts. Every time I use it, I can tell that it is working.
