I’ve read some pretty scathing reviews of this, but I’ve also read some good reviews, which is part of what I was relying on at one point in time. I feel that some of the reviews were a little bit too harsh. This isn’t the best product I’ve ever tried, but it seems to be decent enough. Maybe it just depends on personal experience.

I typically love Universal Nutrition products. That’s one company that I can typically depend on to give it to me straight. But this was a definite disappointment. It didn’t really help me to get any muscle building, i was bloated, and overall, my workouts were exactly the same.

I’ve been using this with some pretty intense workouts while preparing for a show. I used a lot of other supplements in the week leading up to the show. But I could definitely tell that Animal Pump gave me more energy and it helped me to pump up in the months before when I was preparing.
