i've heard about weird dreams on ZMA

I'm currently using this with a protein powder. I like to keep it natural, and I'm trying to stay away from possible hormones and the bloating with creatine. Between the two of them, I get deeper sleep, wake refreshed, and I get on to better workouts than I've had in years.

I fell asleep so easily last night it's amazing! I even got up at 6AM for my morning workout without feeling like I was dragging! I went to class after that, and I've felt alert and ready to go all day! It's nearly 5PM now and i don't feel tired or drowsy at all, and my legs aren't sore after running this morning.

I'm currently involved in baseball on a regular basis. I play with a community team, and we get going pretty hard some of the time. I have been using ZMA Fuel for a couple of months, and I see no reason to go without it. It really works, and I have gotten some pretty incredible results!

At first, I had some diarrhea that went away after I stopped taking it. This is probably because of the magnesium in it. ZMA should definitely be a staple, it's a good blend of vitamins and Twinlab has a good blend.
wanted a more specialized vitamin
I didn't want to take a full multivitamin, just something that would get to my muscles. I never thought that a vitamin could do much, I was only expecting pretty small effects when it comes right down to it. So far though, I have found that it is definitely doing better than I thought it would.
