everybody says something different
This product is very inconsistent. There are some people who seem to love it and just as many who seem to absolutely hate it. As for me, I have always been pretty luke warm about it. I haven't gotten any outstanding results, but I also haven't been totally disappointed. I'm just waiting to see if the results last.
actually works and is safe
I was hesitant about using this at first, because I was hesitant about using any sleep aid really. I was expecting it to be another scam, and I was worried about the possible side effects that could end up causing more problems. I definitely didn't want to use any prescription pills if I didn't have to. I can't say it works for everybody, nothing does. But it worked for me, and it didn't cause any seriously unnecessary side effects.
used as a medical resident
I'm a medical resident, which means that I have to get sleep when I can. I work insane hours, and it was hard to keep up with little to no sleep. I still have insane hours, which can't be helped. trouble with sleeping since 50
It was only when I turned 50 that I started having trouble getting enough sleep. I started using Somatomax a while ago, and it is way better than anything I have found in the drugstores in the past. This definitely helps me to get a better night's sleep.
