taking for two weeks now
I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now, and I can say that I feel amazing. I combine it regularly with diet and exercise of course, and I do my part of the work. But QuickTrim Hotstix make it that much easier to actually lose weight and see the results I want.

I go running regularly, and as you may have noticed, after a while of regular running, you just stop losing weight, especially if you are eating like an athlete too, which I definitely did. I started taking QuickTrim Hotstix a while ago, and i can literally feel the fat melting away from my body. I started with the detox, and this definitely has a better taste, I like the berry taste. The detox jump started it all though. I have worked really hard dieting and exercising to lose more weight in the first place, and I recommend it all the time.
