This is a great supplement that comes with a descent price. It definitely builds muscle, and it has helped me to get something that I can actually stomach, it actually tastes good! It has helped me to really get more glutamine and more amino acids! I have used a lot of different proteins before, and from what I can tell, this is actually loaded with BCAA’s! I use 2 or 3 servings a day, and it helps me to really improve my muay thai results.

I have started adding this to my pre workout supplement. I’ve been using MyoNox lately. It’s not that MyoNox was lacking at all (it kick my a** everytime I take). Actually, it’s been one of the best options I’ve seen yet. But 100% Gold Whey just gave it that extra kick.

This product is by far the best product that I have ever used. There is no bloating or gas, and there are not other issues that I have faced in the past. It is critical to my health, or at least I feel like it’s critical to my muscle building now. Other products give me gas and bloating. But 100% Whey Gold has never had that problem.
