Awesome!
Awesome! They have really done whatever it takes! I love Optimum, because 100% Casein Protein is more than I ever thought it would be. It really cuts down recovery time, and I give it an 8. It can be pricey, mostly depending on where you buy it. But if you get it in the right place, totally worth it.
love it
A very solid product. I use it before bed and training, and the creamy vanilla is okay. But the chocolate is much better, and I personally prefer the cookies and cream. It’s a little gritty in the blender, but it’s not as big a deal as you think. I feel fuller in the morning, and my muscles love it.
This is the best casein protein
This is the best casein protein I’ve taken before bed. It helps me to build muscle, and it tastes great! I have been able to find it pretty cheap, and it’s a very solid product as far as I can tell.
Review on Optimum 100% Casein
It’s hard to argue with the logic behind casein protein, and it’s even harder to argue when you actually try it! 100% Casein Protein has helped me to really build some serious muscle, and I have been able to really wholeheartedly recommend this to my friends! It helps me to get a good taste that I prefer with the chocolate, and I don’t have sore muscles. I’ve definitely noticed that I’m building more.
it’s ridiculous!
The servings are great, and this has so many benefits it’s ridiculous! I have been able to see some pretty amazing stuff, and it mixes really well in the blender. I actually use one of those bottles now that you can just shake and it works on its own like that. It’s not bad at all.
It’s a great protein powder
It’s a great protein powder. Before, I’ve said that things were “just a protein powder.” But now, I can honestly say that it’s more than I thought it would be. I am lactose intolerant, and it didn’t even cause any upset!
I love this stuff!
This is the only casein protein I’ve used. I’ve used a lot of other whey type proteins. I love this stuff! I take it before bed, and I go to bed with a full stomach. It helps me to feel more awake and rejuvenated when I am awake, and it has definitely been tasty.
I can guarantee that it will help
I purchased this along with a ZMA product as part of a performance enhancing combination that I’d read could be pretty effective. I used this mixture, and within days, I had noticed that my workouts had gotten substantially better. I am able to lift more now than ever before, and I feel amazing! I highly recommend this to anyone who really wants to get results. I can guarantee that it will help.
Optimum 100% Casein
But even with the vanilla, I was seeing some pretty substantial gains, and I used the whole bottle of that flavor, because I felt guilty not using it. I’ve sampled other casein products in the past, and those weren’t that great. But ever since I started using 100% Casein Protein, I’ve noticed that I have recovered faster, and it seems cheaper for the serving.
it’s been a much better
I feel stupid for admitting this. But the first bottle I used was a bad taste, because I picked up vanilla off the shelf when I actually wanted chocolate which was right next to it. I guess I just thought that chocolate could never be lower calorie or healthier. Ever since I started using the chocolate, it’s been a much better experience for me.
