definitely increases energy
That’s about the best part about it. It definitely increases energy levels, which helps me feel like I can keep going. But it doesn’t do anything for the muscle soreness, and it doesn’t help with keeping up regular workouts.
After taking black powder, I’ve had the best results. It works for up to 2hours. It increases energy and helps you really push to your max. If you want to perform on your workouts, I would recommend it.

Black Powder is pretty great. so far, it’s been pretty effective at helping me to work out and it’s not acidic it seems like as other products.
Black powder is pretty great, it will give you energy and your muscles will not get tired. But you will shit acid for the rest of the day afterwords
