I had stomach and digestive problems for a long time which forced me to eat healthier and be very picky about the food I eat. And for some reason, it also helped me to keep my cholesterol levels down, even better than diet. I know this because the minute I finally figured out my digestive problems and how to treat it, my cholesterol went up. We take a lot of different pills in the United States, and i recently read about a community in Pennsylvania that actually eats more fat, has a higher rate of obesity, and yet only dies of old age with really low rates of any heart related problems. But they have a great community and don’t take pills. I don’t necessarily understand this, but i know I don’t live in that kind of community. couldn't figure out diet

I never could quite figure out what it was that you do as far as dieting. I figured out the fruit and vegetable part, that’s easy. But I never could quite figure out the part about what good and bad fats specifically are. I think that I mostly miss out on the good fats. Lipistax has helped me to gain that balance even though I can’t seem to figure out all of the fats.
