Frankly, this is one of the most complete fibers I have ever seen! It definitely does what I want it to, and every time I take it, I feel amazing! It definitely helps me with my constipation, which is pretty mild but constant, and in general, I feel incredible.
on a low carb diet

not what it promised
All Hydroxycut products are supposed to be weight loss products aren't they? That's the impression I was under. This has never helped me to lose a single pound! I was able to go to the bathroom more, but that's about it.
