a little expensive for me
It is a little on the expensive side. But as far as results, it's hard to do better. From what I have seen of Dymatize ISO 100, they really have their stuff together. It tastes alright, and it seems to give decent recovery results.
takes the soreness away
It definitely takes the soreness away from what I have seen of it. Every time I use it, the overall recovery is great, and I am definitely able to increase my strength and the frequency of my workouts, which just adds to the results.
tried before and after workouts
I tried this both before and after workouts to see if it would make a better difference. Both times, it didn't seem to do anything for me, I guess that I'm just not one who is going to see results with Dymatize ISO-100. But I tried Myotein after visiting this site, and it worked much better.

This is good stuff for recovery. I wouldn't buy it at GNC, there are plenty of other cheaper stores, even with the shipping costs online. It's a decent enough product, and I like the taste. Just don't pay more than you have to.
I am hooked
I am on my second bottle of Dymatize ISO 100, and I am totally hooked. The taste is pretty decent, and the effects seem to be good so far. It was a little clumpy at first, and then I started using the blender to really mix it in, that works much better. The effectiveness is definitely top notch, and it fills me up.
