I've been taking it with my cycling routine. I've noticed that I definitely have more energy and I feel great. But at the end of the night, my muscles are still pretty sore.

I am completely blown away so far! I'm 26 years old, and I've always maintained a fit figure and a regular athletic rate. I've just had to try harder lately to keep it. I feel pumped, and when I get into the gym, I feel amazing. I don't feel fatigued at all. My reps have definitely increased, and it gives me a great workout every time.
great energy drink!
As an energy drink, this is great! I'm not sure it's worth anything more than that. It hasn't really done anything for my workouts outside of the energy aspect. But it tastes decent, and I think it's worth as much as any other energy drink like a Red Bull.

When I was in my 20's, I never used any supplements. It came down to the fact that I didn't have to. But once I hit my 30's, I was having more and more trouble actually getting the workouts I wanted. I started taking ABB Speed Stack as an introductory product, mostly to replace the energy I felt that I was losing along the way. It definitely did that, I almost had more energy than I could handle.
I have been using workout supplements for a while
And I have never found anything that is easier to use than this. It definitely is easy to swallow and the taste overall is pretty decent. I just take a shot about 15 minutes before my workouts and I'm ready to go.
